1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our RO services in Noida, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Service.

2. Service Provision

• We provide RO repair, installation, and maintenance services at the customer's doorstep.
• The 90-minute arrival claim is subject to technician availability and traffic conditions in Noida/NCR.
• Services are performed by trained technicians using industry-standard tools.

3. Spare Parts & Warranty

All spare parts (Membranes, Filters, Pumps, etc.) provided by us are genuine. Warranty on spare parts varies by manufacturer. Service warranty is typically valid for 30 days from the date of repair unless stated otherwise in the invoice.

4. Payments & Charges

• Visiting charges are applicable if no service is availed after the technician's inspection.
• Prices mentioned on the website are "Starting at" and the final quote will be provided after on-site inspection.
• Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or Online Transfer upon completion of the work.

5. User Responsibilities

The user must provide a safe working environment for the technician. Any pre-existing damage to the appliance or property must be disclosed before the service starts.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of any spare parts beyond the warranty period.
